Recently I have been...

Walking: Through the church grounds on my way back home where the paths are beginning to be covered in a sea of golden Autumn leaves.

Watching: Great British Bake Off. I miss Mary Berry, Mel and Sue, but as always I love the show for the baking challenges each week!

Reading: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. The Harry Potter books always seem that extra bit magical around these colder months!

Listening to: Indie and Folk music, especially my two favourites The Lumineers and Of Monsters and Men.

Loving: All of the Autumn blog and YouTube content at the moment. I'm especially loving watching Zoe's Autumn vlogs and hauls, her videos always puts me in such a good Autumn mood!

Planning: Autumn baking posts. I'm thinking spiced cakes, leaf shaped cookies, traybakes and cake pops.

Looking forward to: Getting my hair coloured in another week. I've been looking on Pinterest for some ideas and I've decided to change the bleach blonde and go for a shade darker for an Autumnal caramel tone!

Designing: A new header for the blog. I've been thinking about changing the blog design for a while now and I thought I would start off by trying out a new header. I've been looking around for a custom made header and seeing some really beautiful illustrations by designers. I'm no designer or illustrator but for now as a basic header I decided to create a couple using PicMonkey and using some of the foliage stencils which are perfect for the kind of style I am looking for!

Painting: My nails an Autumnal berry colour!

Wearing: Cosy knits and checkered shirts.

Displaying: Munchkin pumpkins around the house and looking forward to start decorating pumpkins for Halloween!

Spending: Evenings in with the fairy lights on, cosy pyjamas and watching tv or reading a book.

Collecting: Conkers and acorns whilst out and about. They make the perfect decorations for around the house and for flat lay props too!

Drinking: Butterscotch hot chocolate which is so delicious and perfect for those colder days!
